Foldque operates solely as a platform provider. It does not create, review, or claim ownership of user-generated content. Users are responsible for uploading only content they have the right to share. Sharing copyrighted materials without permission is strictly prohibited and such content will be removed upon notification.

2. DMCA Notification Instructions

If you believe your copyrighted work has been shared on Foldque without authorization, you may notify us under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Required Elements

Your notification must include the following:

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on Foldque (a specific URL must be provided).
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your location.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Foldque has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Foldque may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
